My name is Parker Engel, and I’m the proud founder of this growing macaron business. I may only be 13 years old, but baking has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve always loved being in the kitchen—especially when I get to create something that makes people smile.
How It All Started
My macaron journey began during a school break, when I decided to challenge myself with one of the trickiest desserts to master: the French macaron. I spent hours researching recipes, testing different techniques, and learning from every batch—yes, even the ones that didn’t turn out perfect! Over time, I developed my own methods and flavour ideas, and people started asking to try them. Before I knew it, I had my first few customers, and Parkers Cookies was born.

I also offer custom colours and flavours for special occasions like birthdays, baby showers, and parties.
